To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to head our Admin and Support Services department.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all administrative and support functions within the centre.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise front desk, records management, billing, logistics, and general support staff.
  • Coordinate with medical and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for administrative operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient and staff experience.
