
Position: Head, Admin & Support Services
To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to head our Admin and Support Services department.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all administrative and support functions within the centre.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise front desk, records management, billing, logistics, and general support staff.
- Coordinate with medical and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient and staff experience.
