Beyond the Classroom Walls: Access to Basic Medical Care Foundation Hosts Lead City University’s Anatomy Students in Transformative Field Experience.
In a world where knowledge must go beyond the pages of textbooks, Access to Basic Medical Care (ABC) Foundation continues to set the pace—bridging the gap between theory and real-time practice.
This week marking our 13th year anniversary, we had the distinct pleasure of welcoming the student and staff delegation from the Anatomy Department, College of Medicine, Lead City University, to our facility for an insightful field trip experience.
Their visit wasn’t just a routine excursion. It was a strategic knowledge-sharing engagement and a vivid demonstration of what it means to prepare the next generation of medical professionals—not just for exams, but for impact.
From an interactive session with our management team to a detailed facility tour, the students were exposed to the full ecosystem of healthcare delivery—with a spotlight on our state-of-the-art Radiology and Medical Laboratory Departments. They didn’t just see equipment; they encountered the systems, protocols, and precision that go into every patient diagnosis and intervention at ABC Foundation.
These moments—of seeing a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Machine in motion, observing medical scientists handle diagnostics in our Lab, or learning how imaging informs clinical decisions—form the foundation of the excellence we want to see in Nigeria’s healthcare future.
For the broader community—healthcare professionals, families, and institutions—this is a reminder that ABC Foundation offers some of the most accessible and reliable radiological and laboratory investigation services in the region and Nigeria at large.
To the brilliant students from Lead City University and other knowledge institutions —we see your passion. We believe in your journey. And we are here to support your growth.
