On Thursday, 28th of April 2016, Oyo State hosted project ‘Future Assured’, a free health initiative of Her Excellency, Mrs. Muhammadu Buhari (Wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria). The project provided screening and necessary treatment for women from all 33 Local Government Areas of the State
To mark the World Health Day, ABC Foundation was at Akinyele Local Government Area to lecture the people on Diabetes and perform free blood glucose test. Also, breast examination kits were distributed and the women were taught to make use of these kits to detect abnormal growth in their breasts.
On Thursday, 12th May 2016, delegates from the Federal House of Representatives and the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development paid a courtesy visit to the Access to Basic medical Care Foundation Hub.
