For us at ABC Foundation, empowering our patients with adequate knowledge and information to help them stay healthy is an important feature in our activities.
Routinely at our clinics, we have a meeting with our patients. We regularly hold health talks with patients attending our porta-cabin clinics during which we address pertinent health issues affecting them. We encourage them to adopt healthy lifestyles, eat a low sodium diet, exercise regularly and periodically get screened for hypertension.
