On Monday, 26th of September 2016. The ABC medical Foundation held a press conference to inform the members of the public on the series of activities organised by the Foundation to commemorate its 3rd year anniversary.
ABC Foundation pays courtesy visits to LEAH Foundation, University of Ilorin and University Teaching Hospital, Ilorin.
As said by the American Cancer Society, “Silence will not finish the fight against cancer”. ABC medical Foundation decided not to stay in the confines of Oyo State; the Foundation went a step further by visiting major Stakeholders in Ilorin, Kwara State.
ABC AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS IN HEALTH CARE HOSTS ‘FUTURE ASSURED’
On Thursday, 28th of April 2016, Oyo State hosted project ‘Future Assured’, a free health initiative of Her Excellency, Mrs. Muhammadu Buhari (Wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria). The project provided screening and necessary treatment for women from all 33 Local Government Areas of the State with a focus on breast and cervical cancer screening, hypertension and diabetes.
ABC MARKED WORLD HEALTH DAY AT AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
To mark the World Health Day, ABC Foundation was at Akinyele Local Government Area to lecture the people on Diabetes and perform free blood glucose test.
DELEGATES FROM THE FEDERAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND FEDERAL MINISTRY OF WOMEN AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT VISIT ABC MEDICAL FOUNDATION
On Thursday, 12th May 2016, delegates from the Federal House of Representatives and the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development paid a courtesy visit to the Access to Basic medical Care Foundation Hub.
