January has been designated cervical cancer health awareness month and provides a chance to raise awareness on the ills of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer can be prevented through regular screening and appropriate follow up tests if necessary.

SALT WORTH HEALTH COLLABORATES WITH ABC FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE FREE FIRST AID TRAINING.
On Tuesday, 8th of November 2016, ABC Foundation played host to Dr. Oyedele of Saltworth Health Care U.K. who conducted free first aid training for over 50 individuals comprising of ABC Nursing Assistants, Support staff and other members of the general public.
ABC Takes Part In The 2nd Cancer Summit In Abuja; Presents Research Abstract
Members of the Foundation were in attendance and fully participated in the CEAFON 2nd Cancer Summit, held on the 5th and 6th of October 2016 at the Yar’ Adua Centre in Abuja. The summit was aimed at addressing the major challenges of diagnosis and treatment for breast and cervical cancer in Nigeria, which account for about 50% of all female cancers in Nigeria.
